A summary of who I am and my mission
Hello everyone and thanks for visiting my website. It's a work-in-progress and honestly has taken me many months to get it published because of my work schedule, then not being sure how to do certain web things, trying to find web design help, then sucking it up and doing it myself, then being overly concerned of the content, then being scared to move forward and delaying edits I felt like I needed to make. Anyways, now, I'm just forcing myself to publish what I have and edit as I go. Sooooo thank you for your patience with this page that will likely be "under construction" for a while and I hope you can gain some information you consider valuable and/or work with me so I can help you achieve your goals.
My mission is to be a service for athletes, parents of athletes, and coaches who feel they need additional support and guidance. For youth, high school, post-collegiate, and masters athletes, I can provide training through online coaching, individualized programs, in-person/one on one sessions, and group practices. In addition, I can offer college recruiting consulting services for high school and junior college athletes. For coaches, mentorship and consulting is a passion of mine and I would love to guide you in your career. I am also available for small clinics. Contact me and let me know how I can possibly help.
I've been coaching track and field for 17 years now. The first 6 years at the high school level in San Francisco, then the next 6 years at the junior college level in the Eastbay, and the last 5 years in the NCAA. From 2017-2019 I served as an Associate Coach at the University of Hawaii Manoa. From 2019-2021, I coached at San Jose State University as an Assistant Track Coach. This past year, I was Assistant Sprints/Hurdles Coach at Dartmouth College.
I am back in San Jose, CA (officially in mid-September) and am in the process of setting things up to facilitate training sessions. Once I get things finalized, I will update this page. Until then, I look forward to your inquiry and hope we can connect.
